  • DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

    The majority of Pride Garden Products items are sold in pallet or crate quantities only. Certain core items may be available in case quantities depending on inventory and time of year. We do not have a minimum dollar order.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FURTHER THAN A MONTH IN ADVANCE?

    Yes! Items not in stock require a 120-day lead time. We encourage you to place orders as early as possible in the summer and fall. Certain items may be sold in limited quantities and not available for re-order. Please ask your sales representative or customer service for specifics.

  • HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?

    Our freight charges are based on negotiated rates from our agreements with selected carriers.

  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE PRICES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

  • HOW WILL OUR PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

    Please refer to our Terms & Conditions. All orders are shipped complete to the address provided. We reserve the right to choose the carrier used on any given shipment.

  • WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Payments can be made by cash, company checks and electronic fund transfers (EFT). Major credit cards are accepted with a 3% merchant fee.

  • HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY AQUASAV PRODUCT TO LAST?

    Definitely one full season, possibly two depending on your local weather conditions
