  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

    Orders can be placed with an approved account through email (customerservices@thepridegroup.com) or fax (484-540-8063).

  • DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

    Our order minimum is $5,000.00.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FURTHER THAN A MONTH IN ADVANCE?

    Yes, once you apply for an account and we establish a relationship, we are flexible with our ordering process. Items not in stock require a 120-day lead time. We encourage you to place orders as early as possible in the summer and fall. Certain items may be sold in limited quantities and not available for re-order. Please ask your sales representative or customer service for specifics.

  • HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING ORDERS?

    We charge actual shipping rates from our agreements with selected carriers.

  • WHERE CAN I FIND THE COST OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

    Pride has a price list that is available to approved customer accounts. Please contact customer service to receive a copy.

  • HOW WILL OUR PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

    Please refer to our Terms & Conditions. All orders are shipped complete to the address provided. We reserve the right to choose the carrier used on any given shipment.

  • WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Payments can be made by cash, company checks and electronic fund transfers (EFT). Major credit cards are accepted with a 3% merchant fee.

  • HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY AQUASAV PRODUCT TO LAST?

    Definitely one full season, possibly two depending on your local weather conditions
